• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
• Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days within Pakistan.
• Delivery times may extend during peak shopping seasons, mega sales, or national holidays.
• No deliveries are made on Sundays.

4. High-Value Orders

• For orders above 15,000 PKR, an advance payment is required.
• Customers will be contacted after order confirmation to provide payment details.
