- Free shipping is available on all orders within Pakistan over 7,500 PKR.
- Orders below this amount will have shipping charges applied at checkout.
2. Order Processing
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days within Pakistan.
- Delivery times may extend during peak shopping seasons, mega sales, or national holidays.
- No deliveries are made on Sundays.
4. High-Value Orders
- For orders above 15,000 PKR, an advance payment is required.
- Customers will be contacted after order confirmation to provide payment details.

- Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier service delays or unforeseen circumstances.
