Returns & Customer Care
We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items. Please report within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must not be used more than 10% of the total quantity and must not be damaged.
Refunds (if applicable)
once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to your bank account.
Shipping
you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
