1. Introduction

Welcome to 7 Perfumes. By accessing or purchasing from our brand, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

     You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

     By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Product Information & Availability

     We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all perfumes, but scent perception may vary from person to person.

     Availability of products is not guaranteed—if an item is out of stock, we will notify you.

     We do not use harmful chemicals like Methanol, Diethyl Phthalates (DEP), Benzophenone, Toluene, Formaldehyde, Acetone, Styrene, Parabens (Butylparaben, Methylparaben), or Sulfates (SLS, SLES) in our perfumes.

4. Ordering & Payments

     Orders can be placed via Whatsapp or through our official website (once live).

     We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Account Transfer as payment methods.

     Customers must ensure they have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as couriers may not always provide change.

     7 Perfumes reserves the right to cancel orders if a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order without valid reasons.

4.1 Payment Security Assurance

     All online transactions (if applicable) are secure and encrypted to protect customer information.

     7 Perfumes does not store or share your payment details with third parties.

5. Shipping & Delivery

     Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days after confirmation.

     Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided before confirming an order.

     7 Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

     Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details—we are not liable for missed delivery due to incorrect addresses.

     International shipping is not available.

     Orders will not be processed on national holidays, including Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha. Delays may also occur during peak holiday seasons.

5.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

     7 Perfumes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier.

     If a package is missing, the customer should contact the courier service directly.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

     Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

     Repeated COD order cancellations may result in restrictions on future purchases.

7. Custom & Bulk Orders

     Custom and bulk orders require full advance payment before processing.

     Processing time may be longer than standard orders, and customers will be informed of the estimated delivery time in advance.

     Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.

     Customers placing bulk orders may be eligible for special discounts. Contact us for more details.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

     Customer data is used only for order processing and communication.

     We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

     All transactions are secure, and customer details remain confidential.

9. Limitation of Liability

     7 Perfumes is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities—customers should check ingredients before use.

     We do not guarantee specific longevity of a fragrance, as wear time depends on skin type and environmental factors.

     Fragrance longevity and projection may vary based on skin type, weather conditions, and application method.

     In no case shall 7 Perfumes be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9.1 Customer Responsibility for Proper Use

     Customers should store perfumes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Improper storage or misuse may alter the fragrance quality, for which 7 Perfumes is not responsible.

9.2 Warranty Disclaimer

     7 Perfumes products are sold "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Force Majeure (Delays beyond Our Control)

     7 Perfumes is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

     Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)

     Strikes, labor disputes, or shipping disruptions

     Government restrictions or legal regulations

     Any other force majeure events beyond our control

     In such cases, we will inform customers of any delays and attempt to resolve issues to the best of our ability.

11. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

     If you have concerns about our products or services, please contact us directly. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before legal action is considered.

12. Customer Reviews & Feedback Policy

     Customers are encouraged to leave honest feedback about their experience with 7 Perfumes.

     We reserve the right to remove reviews that are offensive, misleading, or violate our content guidelines.

     Constructive criticism is always welcome, and we strive to improve based on customer feedback.

13. Modifications to Terms

     7 Perfumes reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our official platforms.

     Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
