  • Customers are responsible for verifying their age if requested.

  • Product availability is not guaranteed; if an item is out of stock, we will notify you.
  • Our perfumes do not contain harmful chemicals, including methanol, DEP, benzophenone, toluene, formaldehyde, acetone, styrene, parabens, or sulphates.

4. Ordering & Payments

  • Orders can be placed via WhatsApp or our official website.
  • Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer.
  • Customers must ensure the exact payment is available at delivery.
  • 7Perfumes.pk reserves the right to cancel orders if COD orders are refused without valid reasons.

4.1 Payment Security

  • All online transactions are secure and encrypted.
  • 7Perfumes.pk does not store or share your payment details with third parties.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days after confirmation.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shared before order confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for delays by third-party couriers.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details; incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
  • International shipping is not available.
  • Orders are not processed on national holidays (including Eid) or during peak holiday seasons.

5.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • 7Perfumes.pk is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen.
  • Customers should contact the courier directly in such cases.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Repeated COD cancellations may restrict future orders.

7. Custom & Bulk Orders

  • Require full advance payment.
  • Processing time may be longer than standard orders.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard orders cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Customers must inspect products carefully on delivery.
  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for support.

  • Products are sold "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

12. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, shipping disruptions, government regulations, or other events beyond our control.
  • We will notify customers of delays and attempt to resolve issues as best as possible.

14. Reviews & Feedback
