At 7Perfumes.pk, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our return, exchange, and refund policies are designed to ensure a fair and hassle-free experience.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility is calculated from the date the product is delivered, not the order date.
  • Orders placed over 15 days ago are not eligible for return or exchange.

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused (no more than 10% of the total quantity consumed).
  • Items must be returned in original packaging without damage.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Gift items or promotional free products are non-returnable.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or bulk orders.
  • Items used excessively or damaged by the customer.
  • Products not purchased directly from 7Perfumes.pk.

2. Refund Policy

  • Approved returns are refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or bank account.
  • Bank processing times may vary, and refunds depend on your bank.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund.

2.1 Refund Process

  1. Contact customer support via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return.
  2. Receive a Return authorisation (RMA) before shipping the item.
  3. Ship the product using a trackable courier service.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
  5. If approved, the refund will be initiated, and a confirmation email will be sent.

3. Exchanges / Replacements

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product or a product of similar value.
  • Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

  • Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide proof (photos/videos) to support your claim.
  • We will review the complaint and provide either a replacement or partial refund.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not been shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in restrictions on future orders.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping time depends on your location.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
  • 7Perfumes.pk is not responsible for courier delays or lost packages during returns.

7. Customer Reviews & Feedback

  • Customers are encouraged to leave honest feedback about their experience.
  • Misleading, offensive, or inappropriate reviews may be removed.
  • Constructive criticism is welcome to help us improve our services.
